LAPTOP HELP PLS

You may have seen me complaining earlier about how slow my "new" laptop was being. Now when i was using the windows update assistant, the laptop died. I saw it go from 3%-0% very slowly and couldn't do anything about it, being that it was already plugged in. Now it wont charge. The charging LED indicators aren't lighting up, and the laptop won't turn on. I've tried just about everything on google. Please help, this is really irritating, being that i JUST fixed it up.

Defining "new" and "fixed up" for us is a start.

If it isn't charging, it isn't a windows issue, its a hardware failure that needs to be handled by someone who knows how to fix electronics on a Voltage and trace level, but unfortunately given this is a laptop and not a Commodore 64, it is much harder to diagnose and fix electrical issues. You said NO indicators come on when it is plugged in? Can it boot to a USB or something? (USB with Linux installed as bootable or something)

So i bought the laptop, knowing that it had a bad mobo. I just replaced it the other day, and all was well. Everything seemed to work fine (except for how goddamn slow it was), until this happened about an hour ago. I used a multimeter to test the output of the power cord, and it was a steady 19.06v. I checked the connection from the power port to the mobo, and same voltage. From there I don't know where to check next. All I know is that this isn't showing the same symptoms as the previous mobo that had a short. (This laptop model is p55w-b5112)

I wouldn't know. However I did do my research, and bought from a trusted seller on amazon. It was inspected, so it shouldn't be broken. Technically speaking it's only about 3 days old.

It's been a while and I finally got the battery I ordered. No luck. Its now showing the same symptoms as the old motherboard and smells like burning. (The new board i got was warped and scrated when i got it)
