Power Limit Asus Dual RX 580

Hello Everyone! I recently bought brand new system. My GPU is Asus Dual RX 580 8gb I experienced screen tearing at 60fps only at Fortnite, and i immediately suspected on throttle. My GPU fans were running at 75% and gpu temp was max 75, so thermal throttle was not issue.Then i run Unigine Heaven 4.0 for 6 scenes and results were down at picture. As you can see on the picture, my card at 0% power limit cant handle boost clock of 1360. When i bumped it to 5% then it was kinda good, and finally at 10% it stable at 1360. Should i keep +10% power limit for everyday use(Gaming) or that will harm my gpu. Thanks!!

You can max out the power limit no problem. It's set up by the manufacturer to be safe.

You can crank the power limit all the way up and it won’t hurt anything. It’ll just draw more power under load.
