it may not be the best pc but he just wants to run gta 5 on okay setting if you know anything that can work please reply

Do you have the specs? I'd assume that if you had a $500 pc, money was well spent on important parts (cpu, gpu, etc) instead of things like the case and accessories. But some specs would be nice to confirm with

The integrated graphics in the CPU is fine for gaming. Roughly equivalent to a 1030
