GPU DOESNT GET POWER HELPP!!!

Hello I’ve built my pc everyting is ok amd the gpu I connected to the psu with a 6pin pcie cable but on the psu it said 6+2 but my gpu on requires 6 pins but gpu has white light when I turn pc on and no signal comes through everything else turns on except the gpu and the 6 pin is connected to the psu and gpu

Try plugging the display into the mobo out, sometimes it derps out and uses that instead of the GPU.

Yes I will plug it In again today and see if the mobo out will work and I’ll also see if fans spin up

Yes I just checked the fans on the gpu turn on when I press the power button and then the gpu fans turn off after about 5 seconds and the mobo out doesn’t work

I’ve got a ASU’s prime x470 pro mobo cpu is the ryzen 7 2700x gpu is the ASU’s dual 1070 oc 8gb  also the psu is the Corsair rmx850 and the ram is Corsair vengeance rgb white @Crunchy Dragon
