Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT

So I have a Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT, but I'm thinking of replacing the heatsink fan. What are the specs of the heatsink fan and what fan should I replaced it with?

Why do you want to replace the fan?

Why do you want to replace the fan?

For some reason we had to flip the fan around and have the logo facing the heatsink to get it to cool properly, on all the builds I've seen the logo was facing out and the fan direction was different.

The fan just needs to face the same direction as the fans in case. The fan is otherwise fighting with the case fans and overall airflow.
