Super Corrupted SD CARD

I kind of removed my sd card while it was formatting and now I can't do anything with it let alone repair it.

I can see it in diskpart but when I execute "Clean" it just stopped no new messages and chkdsk doesnt work either after issuing the command it just stops
Disk manager stops responding whenever I plug in the sd card.

Please Help.
