Help with BIOs

So I just built my pc and I need to know what I exactly need to set up in bios? I have the ASRock Z370 Taichi motherboard with an i7 8700k

Unless you're doing jenky things like trying to force Windows 7 to install on it, overclocking out of the box, or preconfiguring a raid most of the settings should be absolutely fine as default.

 

The only two things you really *need* to do is:

A) Make sure you turn off CSM (BIOS compatibility support) at least while you install your OS to avoid it seeing a "BIOS" and getting confused.

B) Make sure your install media for your OS is set as the first boot location.

Yea unless you have some specific type of hardware that needs configuration prior to os install, hit f5 in your bios yes then f10 and install your os to your default drive.
