Never ending startup

My PC hasn't had any problems recently but it's just not going past the windows loading screen thingo. I have no idea whats happening. I've uploaded a picture of whats going on.

have you tried a CMOS clear?

removing all devices except your boot drive?

Sorry, but this picture by itself really doesn't say much.  Before anyone can make an educated guess we need more information.  Things like how old is the machine, what are the specs of the machine such as the motherboard, the cpu, the ram, graphics card, hard-drives, the power supply, what operating system is it trying to load?  Are you trying to overclock the machine?  The more information the better.

I've tried a CMOS clear, that allowed me to get a step further to windows startup repair. Ill tell you how that goes.

your very welcome. usually sorts most boot problems out that i have. how olds the motherboard?
