If you plan on streaming, my advice is to get at least 16gb of RAM. Most of your other components seem fine (to me at least), and I'll just assume you already have storage because you didn't include it?

Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen R7 3700X @4.4Ghz, GPU: Gigabyte RX 5700 XT, RAM: 32 GB (2x 8GB Trident Z Royal + 2x 8GB TForce Vulkan Z) @3000Mhz, Motherboard: ASRock B550m Steel Legend, Storage: 1x WD Black 1Tb NVMe (boot) + 1x Samsung 860 QVO 1Tb SSD (storage), Case: Thermaltake Core V21, Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

You can just use your GPU to stream if you don't end up with a strong CPU.

If you want to do game streaming go for AM4 so you can upgrade to an 8 core later.

Motherboards come out on July 31st I think, just live without a case if you have to

Why are PSU prices so horrible in AUS?

Just live with the 4 core CPU until you can afford an 8 core or find one on the cheap, for sure want Ryzen 2000 if you can help it otherwise.

that motherboard is low end junk, not recommended. Go for the ASrock Pro4 B350 board, or wait a bit for the B450 version.

You'd want a 2x8GB kit of memory

Wifi adapter is also probably not the best. If you have to use Wifi you're going to want a good unit with an antenna you can move

You can just use AMD ReLive to stream from your GPU with no major performance hit, no strong CPU needed to start.

I would seriously consider buying RAM as a kit.  Manufacturers have done the work for you by selecting sticks that work well together as a set

The RX 570 is like 50% faster at the same price as that 1050ti

your wireless adapter selection on the part picker sucks I guess. Could maybe look for cables to get a better signal at some point in the future like these

Wired>>>>>>Wireless for gaming

If you can just run a cable do that, way more reliable and likely faster.

I agree with Streetguru about possibly reusing that psu and maybe scavenging case fans off your old system if it has any.

With money saved from not having to buy a new PSU, you may be able to up RAM from 8gb to 16gb.  Like another person said, if you plan to game AND stream on this build you may need more than 8GB ram.

I found this article informative. https://www.build-gaming-computers.com/streaming-pc-build.html
