2x16gb 2400mhz or 4x8gb 2400mhz?

2x16Gb personally, leaves room for a 64Gb expansion in the future if you need that much RAM for some reason.

PC List:

_CPU:  Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core - €348.85
_CPU Cooler:  Noctua - NH-D15 82.5 CFM - €105.82

_RAM:  4xG.Skill Ripjaws V 8GB DDR4 3200MHz - €346.92

_Motherboard:  MSI - Z370-A PRO - €103.70
_Storage:  Samsung - 970 Evo 500GB M.2-2280 - €169.90
_Storage:  Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM - €64.27
_Video Card:  MSI - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GAMING X - €314.95
_Case:  Corsair - 200R ATX Mid - €64.90
_Power Supply:  Corsair - CXM 750W 80+ Bronze Semi-Modular ATX - €99.40

Total: €1618.71

(_ I can go max 1700€ _)

(_ I have all the peripherals so don't worry about those _)

I own a Macbook Pro 13" Mid 2012 ( I5 with 500gb HDD 10GB RAM ( 8+2  ) integrated GPU)

Currently I'm studying a course about software hardware and internet its called SMX-in spain ( translated to eglish-Microcomputer systems and networks )

Now that I'm going to start the 2nd year we are going to use more then 2 VM's at once ( Ubuntu Server, Ubuntu Desktop, Windows 7 or 10 );

I'm learning Premiere Pro/ Photoshop/Lightroom/(Light)Illustrator  (not all at once but i do personal projects that includes some of them for the same projects etc);

I'm playing casually LOL, PUBG(when I'll have the PC), CSGO) and more when I'll have the PC;

I thought a lot on going to Ryzen 2700 or 1800x but after watching a lot of videos I ended up going with Intel just because premiere pro and games love higher Frequency then more cores

Are there any changes i should do?

Intel doesn't care about RAM speeds as much as Ryzen does, so you could save some money by going with a slower kit of 32Gb DDR4, maybe down to 2400Mhz.

@ZPryttex Isn't Gskill type ram quite expensive compared to Corsair or Crucial?

If so I would go to one of them brands, you may save a bit of money which you could put into upgrades. I currently use Crucial and I think there pretty decent. I will be buying Corsair Vengeance for my new 1.7k build I will be doing next year.
