[Help] Computer won't boot from USB.

The video I followed is linked here: 


I tried the exact same thing and now it says "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key
I have changed the bios settings for booting to first boot from the HDD - gave same error.

Then first booting from the usb that has Windows - gave same error.
Is it just not allowing me to use the iso file I downloaded and then used with Rufus?
Any help?

Mobo: Asrock Ab350 Pro4.
