XMP causes BSODs

Hey, abou XMP.

When I activate it, it causes problems(mostly BSOD, that blue screen..)
It goes straight to 3200Mhz.

 

I have:
Ryzen 2600x
Gigabyte AX370M (BIOS F23d version)
GSKILL TRIDENTZ 3200Mhz 1.35v [my model number is  F4-3200C16D-16GTZ]
Window 10 updated.

 

Right now, Ive managed to tweak my ram on 2933Mhz, 1.35V. but is it all its potential?

Can someone help me solve thos issue?

 

(Please answer simply, I have bad English and not a lot hardware knowledge..)

Try first posting the model number from your RAM sticks. (of post a picture of the packaging).

If so, my model number is  F4-3200C16D-16GTZ
