Need help for my laptop

hi everyone! I have a problem can you help me? I got the Asus - ROG Strix Scar Edition 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti - 1TB SSHD + 128GB SSD - network adapter Interl(R) Wireless-AC 9560 and my brother got the predator helios 300 while we're both on the same place and playing games just using wifi his laptop can get a 800+ mbps while my rog is only getting 100 up to 360+. is there any reason why I'm only getting a slow mbps? wifi signal is full and almost everytime I'm getting disconnected. I know using cable is better but it will take me some time to drill holes.

yup i tried the 2.4 ghz and 5.2 ghz it's still the same...

My guess would be its as simple as his WiFi being more compatible.  Sounds like yours is only managing 2x2 MIMO at 80Mhz channel width and his the full 160Mhz, possibly at 3x3 MIMO.

 

Knowing his WiFi card and the WiFi AP/router in use might help us look for known issues.

Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7
