cpu isses

I have an msi gaming laptop with 4 cores and 4 threads and theres two problems 1: when I go on task manager it says I have 3 cores and 3 threads enabled and number two when ever I put on sport mode its meant to be 3.0 ghz while gaming and I get so bad gaming experience cause of issue number 1

Check your BIOS settings to make sure that no cores have been disabled. Also open msconfig.exe and check under the boot tab if all CPUs are ticked.
