Thoughts on which MX mouse to get?

I've been using the logitech g602 for the last 3 years and have been enjoying it greatly, however it just hasn't been working well as of late (single clicks register as double). I feel like it's time to get a new mouse and the mx devices look ideal because of their Bluetooth capabilities as I use both my tablet and laptop often. I am a software engineering student so productivity is my main focus, with some light gaming ofc. However the anywhere is really appealing to me because of it's size and I find myself always moving between work, school and home. I can't seem to find any stores where I can try them out but if the mx master is anything like the size of my current mouse then I'll probably be able to use it just fine (i have smaller hands). They are only 10$ apart on amazon right now so i was wondering if any of you ave experience with both or have any input and suggestions. THanks!

I have to be honest, it's very subjective. I love my MX Master mouse, but some people don't like the feel, and the bottom is kind of this oddly-shaped base that can be awkward if you are trying to track on uneven surfaces on the go (which I seem to have to do more often than I expect with a laptop for some reason). I also love the thumb wheel for horizontal scrolling, but it doesn't always work (depends on the program), and some people accidentally scroll it.

There's also the M720. It's not an MX series mouse, but it's very nice and doesn't have that thumb scroll if you think it would get annoying. Only downside is it looks a bit cheaper and it's not a laser tracking sensor. But otherwise it has the same multi-device and bluetooth features, and it offers much longer battery life.

I enjoy the MX Master 2S, Logitech flow is really nice for productivity across computers. That being said, it's not a small mouse, although you still may find you like it.
