Budget pc build

Hello, so I've wanted to buy pc parts for a while now, but I didn't have enough money for it. Now since I have enough ?, I've found some parts for the pc, I'd love to hear what you people can tell about it, because I need it to handle at least 4 - 6 years without an upgrade.

Parts:

1) i5 8600

2) ASUS prime Z370-P

3) cooler master Hyper 212

4) Kingston hyper x 2933mhz 1.35v RGB

5) NZXT S340

6) Crucial MX 500gb ssd

7) cooler master MasterWatt 550 Modular 80+ Bronze

 

And later I want to add a gtx 1070 ti or even a gtx 1080.

 

If you see some parts not compatible with the others, please let me know, I don't want my money go to waste.

 

Oh and I almost forgot, I'm going to connect a 4k 60 Hz or 75 Hz monitor.

Unless you're planning on doing SLI or upgrading to an unlocked CPU down the line, you could look at a cheaper B360 board instead. Also I might bump the PSU just a bit, to a 650 Gold, but that's just personal preference. All in all solid build.

I'm planning on having enough money in the middle of august for a dedicated gpu, oh and also, will a 2933mhz ram stick run at full speed on B360?

I'm not sure if it will, but Intel CPUs don't really care about RAM speed. You could save a little money there. How much RAM are you getting? 8 or 16?

8 gb, because 16 gb costs 200€, a little over budget

If you drop the speed to 2400 or 2666, and lose the RGB, you can probably get 16 GB for a decent price. If you like multitasking or are a chrome tab addict, you'll appreciate it. Speaking from experience.

Well I'm sort of going for budget, and how the final product looks and basically I live in east Europe, and that means that the ram prices are practically the same 2400mhz is basically equals to 3000mhz price, I don't know if that made any sense

Ah I see, there's a noticeable price difference here in the US. Would dropping to an 8400 (which would be about as fast) get you close enough? There's also the option of just waiting a little longer, especially with 9th gen rumors and GTX 11-- rumors everywhere.

If I were to change the CPU to amd ryzen 5 2600x or ryzen 5 1600x, what motherboard should I get?

Most any B350 board will do fine, and hopefully B450 boards are coming out soon. If you do go with Ryzen, then you would want the faster RAM.

Note that you CAN overclock on B350.

What would be the difference between b350 and b450?

Since B450 is newer (though no boards are out yet), it will likely be more expensive. Shouldn't be an issue performance wise, but if you're going with a 2600/X, with B350, just make sure the board's BIOS has been updated (if you order one nowadays it should be updated, but that might not be the case depending on where you buy from).

Lets say I already bought and built this pc, how much fps would I get on fortnite and far cry 5, approximately with ryzen 5 2600x and a gtx 1080 at 4k (no sli)
