Cpu heatsink help needed.

I'm at the part were I'm placing my Wraith Spire on my cpu, but the instructions tell me to move down the black screws, they just won't budge? What do I do?

Are you sure the screws are properly aligned to the holes of the back plate?

They still won't budge, I made sure they're aligned. 
Ah wait, I just found the issue out, I forgot to apply pressure to the other end so thats why it wouldn't screw in.
