Hello, so I currently run GTA 5 everything almost ultra and locked at 60 FPS and about 110 FPS when unlocked. I'm running an i5 8400 with a 1060 FE. When on foot my usages are usually about 40% CPU and 70% GPU. Whenever I'm in a vehicle and drive fast my CPU usage fluctuates between 60 to 100% making my fps unstable dropping to the mid 50's. Should I be concerned about this? I would appreciate the help. Thanks.

I think it's the limit of a 1060. I wouldn't worry that much about it.

Yeah I'm fine with what it gets. Just wonder why the CPU would do that when getting about 110 with vsync off. You would think having all that fps headroom would create some kind of a stable 60 with vsync on.

Go into an invite only session (if you're online). Then take one of your cars and go to the lago zancudo facility location. drive down to it from the road and behind you'll find two trees. Park your car between them and spin your camera around a full 360 a couple of times with vsync on.  If you're getting dips when the camera passes north (towards chiliad-ish way) then adjust your settings down until you don't.  99.9% of your dips will be gone then :)

With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!
