PC Randomly Shutting Down

From time to time my PC will randomly Shutdown with no Blue Screen. 

 

It happened only 4 times this year but still quite annoying.

 

Also I noticed when I was shutting down my PC it would come up with a Critical Error in Event Viewer, I Disabled Fast Start Up and this stopped the error occurring upon shutdown.

At the time of the event the system was idle it only had Steam and Chrome running.

 

Here are the Specs as requested.

 

CPU : I7 6700K Skylake 4.2Ghz 1.25v

Motherboard : ROG Asus Maximus Ranger Viii Z170
Cooler : Corsair H100I GTX with 2x Asaka Pirahna 120m PWM
RAM : 16GB Vengeance Pro 2133Mhz
GPU : ROG GTX 1080Ti Strix OC 11GB
Hard Drive/SSD : 420GB HyperX Savage & 3TB Western Digital Black
PSU : Corsair RM 850x 

 

Also Temps, Ambient is around 20c

Just a bit of an Update,

 

I am going to Clear the CMOS and Update My BIOS since I have missed a few with Microcode Updates, Tomorrow

Update:

 

Cleared CMOS and Loaded Optimized Default Save and Exited and saw this.

 

I have not seen Software Extention Guard before plus I am using UEFI For Windows
