i got a laptop with a gtx 1060 and an i7 7700hq. Is that good enough for 1440p league of legends and cs go?

It's hard to tell as I haven't tested that config with those games, but usually both those titles run okay on even the most basic potatoes. I can't imagine you'd have a problem.
