Mobo rear audio port not working properly.Any Idea what Icould try?

Hello,Does anybody know what could be problem? My headphones do not get sound on both ears when I plug them  at rear audio port(the green one)...

I have sound only on right side on both headphones...(volume slider is in the middle in settings,drivers are up to date)

I have asus rampage extreme VI mobo....
