4K Video Watching PC

Hi All,

 

I have a 4k TV and I want a PC where I can watch media at 4K / Bluray without any lag. Examples would be 4K videos I have taken with my drones / cameras or 4K 

 

I have a budget of around £400 (GBP) for a small media PC. No gaming involved, just streaming videos and general browsing.

 

Preferably in a micro atx format so its small.

 

Any suggestions would be great.
