I'm looking for a budget phone to replace an Iphone 5c. it needs to be an android and preferably under 200 usd

I'd recommend a Samsung Galaxy S5 or maybe an S6 if you can get one for under 200. 

If you don't want used then slim pickings. It's either a good used phone or a not-so-good new phone to be honest..
