Here is the CPU support list

Looks like it's supported, assuming the proper BIOS level. Any ideas what the BIOS version is/was?

I have no idea, unless the bios version is somewhere written on the product box or manual, but i doubt it. But if it says supported then it might be problem with outdated bios.

The trick is updating the bios if it's too old.

Do this: remove everything from the case. Place mobo on phonebook or something equally thick and non-conductive.

Plug in *only* power, cpu/cooler, and one stick of ram (and mobo speaker, if it's not built-in)

Power on.

If you get a beep, then power off, add video card and power on (with suitable additional power)

Let us know how it goes

well i didnt tried to do it out of the case, but i made sure that motherboard didnt short out by removing unnecessary screws behind it, or maybe taking it out has other purpose ?

Shorts can occur in all manner of places, or pressure in places not needed. This is why I suggest you remove the case, it will eliminate a common occurrence.

but it turns on, lights on motherboard and gpu, fans everything turns on but no post, screen is just dark, when i turn on screen only shows that it detected an hdmi signal, it blinks for a few secs and then goes dark, tried to leave it on for about 30-40 mins, only 1 gpu fan out of 3 started spinning but still no boot

A short will not cause a complete power failure, but it can cause loss of function.

You alternative is to bring the PC to a professional shop and let them sort it out. Until we can eliminate one issue at a time, we won't know where the issue is. It's entirely possible you need to put an older CPU in for the system to boot up, so you can update the BIOS for the newer CPU. But I don't know just yet. Troubleshooting is a process of elimination of possible suspects.
