Cannot Uninstall Citrio

I downloaded Citrio, a web browser that is supposedly faster at downloading and has a built in ad blocker and stuff like that. I ended up not using it much so I wanted to uninstall it. I went to control panel to uninstall and tried and a window opened in my task bar but there was nothing on the screen. Help.
