New gaming rig

Hello, I'm looking to build a decent gaming rig. I don't need to play games at 200 fps but I do want to play at high settings depending on the game.

I don't really have much knownledge on picking pc parts so if someone could help me that'll be perfect.

 

I live in belgium so ordering from anywhere in europe is the easiest!

I want to pay around 1100 euros! This is WITHOUT keyboard, mouse and monitor.

I kinda want to get into streaming so a good CPU must be a must i suppose..

I do want it to look green, blue, white ish.

Also prefer liquid cooling.
