My games over the past year or so have been running choppy and having FPS drops. It used to run games great with no hiccups. Games are getting extremely low FPS drops and I need help finding a solution. Even after formatting my hard drive I saw a definite speed up in performance that then slowed down over time.I am running on all of the latest drivers and i have also cleaned my computer. While playing my CPU usage is roughly 50-75 percent, and using only 5 gigs of Memory. The CPU was running 60-70 degrees, which is a little high.

I'd be looking more at the GPU temps and seeing if its got some dust build up on the heatsink.  Doesn't explain why a reinstall seemed to help then deteriorate again though.
