Asus suite uninstall/install

Made one of my systems into a dual boot. One had windows 7. Installed win 10, both 64bit. Installed Asus Suite, thinks its the latest version of 3, which I think has issues. Other pc has the right version that runs. 

Got this version to work but after a restart it seems not to work anymore. Cant even uninstall it. Keeps saying I have to reboot to complete a previous installation. Then to run the setup again. 

Cant do anything, safemode or not. No idea what my next step is supposed to be. Delete or mod something in the registry or what?

 

Also the win 7 wont utilize the usb ports anymore once booted. Any help on that would be appreciated too.
