"AMD 850" doesn't tell us much about what CPU you actually have.

 

Open your File Explorer, click on "This PC" and click on "Properties" in the top left of the window.

That will take you to a screen that lists your exact CPU model number.

I think he means fx 8350

I have an AMD 8350 CPU and I am thinking about getting a water block but don't know what would be the better cooling method would it be better to water cool or air cool is what he said, I dunno about you but I don't see 850 in his original statement.
