Bluetooth Headphones

How good is the sound quality of bluetooth headphones? Is there a delay or loss of quality? Is it good enough for editing music or gaming? The specific headphone I have in question is the Arctis 3 Bluetooth.

 

Also, when I plug the Arctis 3 Bluetooth headphone into my computer or phone, does it start sending audio through the cable rather than over Bluetooth so that I can experience better audio quality?
