I need some help

I have a dell optiplex and i love to game but i do not know much about computers right now, it runs minecraft and paladins perfectly most of the time and i really cant afford much for a PC so i  was wondering is the AMD HD6450 1gb OptiPlex Vostro Desktop PC Video Graphics Card SFF Low Profile or the Dell Optiplex 580 390 740 755 760 780 Tower Dual VGA Monitor Video Card PCIe x16 is better or if either one would work and im willing too pay more but i know most high gaming pc's are high budget and if you can fin other things i can buy to make my computer run faster for gaming
