Bios doesn't boot up usb ?

Hello guys,

 

More then 2 weeks i wanted to format my pc but since then i can't even load my usb sticks more..

Before it worked flawless but as soon as i hit boot my usb i get a black flickering icon and after it gives a blue screen,

Tried with 3 USB and just from the original windows media tool nothing worked..

Also today i bought Sandisk Ultra Fit 3.1 16gb disk also didn't work..

 

Anyone know's what the problem is ? or is my motherboard death somehow ?

Mobo : asus m5a78l-m/usb3

GPU : Inno3d GTX 1050TI

RAM : 12GB 4GB x 2 Corsair and 1x 4GB Hyper X Kingston

SSD : 120 & 240GB Kingston

dose the pc bootup when usb not in it? it should say "enter boot device" or somthing similar
