I have a laptop I bring with me when I go to lan parties or whatever when I do not want to haul my desktop around. Yes, I know this is not a high end laptop, I play very low demanding games on it. It ran everything i needed it to perfectly until I ended up doing a fresh reset on it and it has been acting strange. These are some screenshots while a game is being played.

My cpu is not going close to what it should, and my ram is not all being used. The power options is not the problem i have it set to high performance. My drivers are all up to date.

My games are getting around 30-40 fps. Does anyone know what the reasoning for this is, or is it time to get a new laptop for these events?

Edit:

It is not a temperature problem as shown here.

This morning I did a refresh on my system already (keeping all files) because my ethernet port was not working. I dont think this would bring any new light to the situation.
