Good build, but why that fan? And why only one?

oops, i didnt specify... I plan on replacing alll the fans with the Phanteks one. THe reason is cause I think this fan provides good airflow (have i mistaken?). any other fans that you'd suggest, then?

the Z370-E, ram and X62 are overpriced, the G3 has protection issues so get a G2/G1+/focus instead.
