Upgrade help.

So my problem is, I want to upgrade my rig, but I can't decide what to get.

r5 2600X, r7 1700, i5 8600 or 8600k these are in the same price range or get a 1600/8400 and spend more on graphics card?

 

And futher than that, what board to pair with them... etc...

It is the time to upgrade (even if I have to use that POS Windows 10...), because my config is right now:
G3250 
4GB DDR3
r7 360


I use the PC mostly gaming, but with the additional power, I would love to try myself as a content creator.
 

And yes, I know there is a ton of topic like this, but I am from a non english based country. My english isn't as good.
