Linux Deploy "stuck" at this screen

I can still type and whatnot, but it's not showing a desktop like I'd like. Is there a command or something I have to type? I know this is kind of a dumb question, but I'm completely new to this if you can't already tell:P. Thanks!

Yeah, looks like you didn't install a GUI/desktop environment.

 

What distro did you use, and what are the specs of the system you installed it on?

Also, try "startx" and see what gives.

Sorry for the late reply as I was sleeping, but I figured it out. I tried a different distribution suite and it works now...not really sure why, but it does.
