What is the problem or error?  What does the machine do or not do?  Is the error something specific in nature or is it just something in general?  When there is a problem, Windows 10 does a pretty good job of letting you know that something is going wrong or something not working right.  Maybe just outdated BIOS or Drivers.

The problem was with windows 7, its a home desktop and it randomly restarts, when i check the event viewer it shows 7001 service control manager error. The pc also flickered with blackscreen. The sfc command returns with the error that it found issues but couldnt fix.The pc was regulary security updated. The issue was solved after i reformatted it. But my concern was will there be any hardware issues in motherboard or iGPU.
