Hello people of LTT,

my computer seems to not be able to post. The other day, I attempted to overclock my cpu to only 3.8 ghz in bios but it didn't turn on after; I only set it to 1.3 volts, and if the OC failed, it should have directed me back to bios. I reset cmos after this. When turning it on, it will go to a black screen with my mouse cursor (windows mouse cursor), but I can't open bios or do anything there except move my mouse around. After about 10 seconds, I can no longer move the cursor and my monitor will lose signal. I lose signal when my cpu cooler's fan stop spinning, but the fan comes back on almost instantly after but the monitor's signal doesn't. The only way to get signal back is to shut the pc down and turn it back on, which will bring me back to the 15ish second black screen. One time, after I unplugged and reconnected my hdd, it brought me to the sad-face blue screen telling me it was collecting data because something went wrong. After resetting CMOS battery yet again, it brought me to the black screen again, this time with red pixels all over it. For some reason, I'm getting the 15 second black screen again. All components should be working, and my attempted fixes include resetting bios via cmos battery, draining all of its power, and reconnecting everything I could think of. The gpu even gets hot although it seemingly does nothing. My peripheral LED's go on, including the LED strip in the case, along with the case, gpu, and cpu fans. I don't have any other GPUs or ram sticks, my cpu has no integrated graphics, and my monitor is working. Do you know if there is anything I can do?
