LL120 and LL140

Hey im looking to buy the 4x LL120 and 2x LL140.

 

i just dont understand if i can run them with whats comes within one of the packs or do i need the commander pro to controll them if my cpu is getting to hot it will turn up the rpm of the fans.

and if i need the commander pro can i then complet the set with just the commander pro or do i still need the lightning node pro
