r7 370 problem with r7 370

Hello people
I have this problem
I have an R7 370 to which I put the driver either the CD or one that gets off the page, it restarts and does not let Windows start but without the driver it works but it does not appear in the list of devices, nor as a video or device unknown
It turns out that I was with the afterburner touching the speeds of the fans along with the configuration of the Radeon testing speeds but then it restarted and I started to get these problems
I'll recover it if I reset the BIOS or I've already lost it?

do u have the old driver completely removed when you installed from the cd?  There are some issues with the windows 1709 and 1803 updates.  Other option is to get windows rolled back to before that.
