chrome Help with weird windows problem with Chrome browser

So i have this weird problem with chrome browser, the popup window when you are trying to upload something looks very different and its giving no indications as to what files i have selected and its kinda annoying without any visual cues, Lets see 

Here's how it normally looks and this one is from firefox which looks normal.

Here's  how it looks on chrome, cant see the selection and the colors are different

 

Sorry i do not know how else can i explain the issue, any help regarding the issue is appreciated. 

 

System specs -

- Windows 10 x64 latest build

- Chrome x64

what is even wrong here these pictures are almost the same and have nothing to do with chrome

In the Firefox one you can see what file you have selected, in the chrome one there is no visual cue, you can see that, i marked them so it'll be easier to notice.

oh i see your opening a file in chrome and firefox.. i dont get whats exactly wrong tho? when using chrome it has 2 diffrences over opening it with firefox.. well technicly 1 but you circled the name of the folder for what ever reason..

 

so what exactly is wrong with these simple changes that affect nothing?
