HS70 Problems

I picked up the HS70 at Best Buy today and my friends on discord say my microphone is quiet and muffled. I tried adjusting the recording device settings on windows but its already at 100%. However, when I speak, windows barely picks up the microphone. I cant find any settings in Corsair iCUE that can change the voice settings other than the microphone slider which is also at 100%. There is also white noise in the background that is noticeable. I believe the mic audio is being compressed.

I had that same problem with my HS50. All my friends were saying I sounded muffled and quiet. And, as unprofessional sounds, I solved the problem by heavily blowing into my microphone. After doing that a couple of times and rejoining my discord call, they were all surprised because I was suddenly crystal clear.

Having the same problem. When recording with the microphone it sounds perfectly fine, and better than my old one. But the moment I get on to discord, my friends ask if I'm on my phone because the mic is so muffled and low quality.
