Sub Woofer placement

I have the Logitech G560 speakers and i am wondering on where to place the sub, i have it under my desk in the center. is this fine or should i move it?

I like the bass to be slightly deeper, and get that effect by aiming the sub port to the corner (desk is setup in corner of room already). Aiming the port to the wall should do almost the same. I use a different speaker setup too, but should apply to most.

as long as you put it next to a wall, it is fine. any reflective surface will greatly help the tiny subs in all the junk 2.1 systems (nothing personal, they just aren't good speakers) to sound passable.
