Yes, you can use different brand memory sticks as long as they're the same type. You can't mix DDR3 and DDR4. Note that if you have different speed sticks, then all RAM will default to run at the slowest speed. So for example, if you have a stick of DDR4-2666 and one stick of DDR4-2400, all the RAM will run at DDR4-2400 speed.
