My game was fine all day. I logged on and noticed that it was slow. I looked to the top left and saw it locked to 30FPS. I reset my video settings because I had no idea what was wrong. I noticed that the resolution was showing 3840(30) rather than 3840(60), so I tried to change it.

The option wasn't there.

What do I do?

You often have to actually edit files when the right resolution isn't showing up. Look it up and see if you can locate the settings file for Overwatch.
