So i just got a new monitor , the Acer Predator XB271HU. My system had no issues on my previous screen, but now every time i try to load windows i get BSOD with DRIVER_STATE_POWER_FAILURE

. it works fine on 2nd attempt but it always fails first time. It must be the GPU as the only change is now i am running on display port instead of HDMI and 2k resolution at 144hz. I have checked all the usual power management settings and running latest nvidia driver.

any ideas what else i can check.

system is win 10

GTX 1060 6GB

8gb RAM

RYZEN 5 1600
