Price mark down GPU worth it?

Hi there so i was scrolling through amazon today and i noticed that the GPU price of a gtx 1060 3gb went down from 259 to 239. im looking for a simple 1060 gaming GPU is it worth buying? plus im not a heavy gamer so should a 3gb will be good for me?

I'm only a casual gamer. so i only play like League,Skyrim,Fallout,Dota 2, Csgo thats it im looking for 1060 game bc my monitor is only 60 hz
