I'm wonder, if there's anything I should change, also for the custom cables, if there is any other way to save some money, also if the cables are what I need.

You could* source and do your own cable extensions if you are confident working with them. I would suggest the el captain 240X/EX for a white radiator/waterblock (I have one on a 6700k)

get the corsair RMX white, has white sleeved cables included. I'd also get the Z370-A instead of the Z370-E.
