4K monitor

I'm currently running a 1080p 60hz dispaly on my computer (fx-8350 + GTX 1060 ) i'm planning on buying a 4K monitor for my setup, I am a casual gamer i don't mind playing below 60fps, what monitor should I buy in the range of 300-350$.

I have an LG 27UD68-B. I had a quick look on amazon, and it looks like it's available for $326, though I have no idea if that price is the same where you are (I'm viewing Amazon US from the UK, so).

 

I'd recommend it - It isn't really a gaming monitor, but I've been happy with it. You can still run games at 1080p and get perfect pixel scaling (Rather than the blurry mess some games turn into when you use uneven scaling resolutions). It has Freesync too in case you ever swap to Team Red for gpu's. Good for the budget you're looking for, considering it has good colour spectrum coverage and it's an IPS panel.
