Weird SSD Benchmarks

I have a Samsung 840 evo 300gb and I'm getting weird benches... Anyone have any idea what is causing this?

It's because of RAPID mode, which essentially uses your RAM as cache. Turn it off to see your SSD's true performance. Also how do you have a 300GB 840 evo? Do you mean 250GB?
